Job description職位描述：
1.管理產品開發的全過程。
2.管理整個團隊包括制版、裁剪、樣品制作及聯絡員。
3.制定并建立服裝開發系統及一整套流程。
4.與設計師溝通、協調。
5.與生產的溝通、協調。
6.管理樣品制作：從接到打樣申請到樣品制作再到交樣整個過程的跟蹤，以確保按時保質交樣。
7.部門內部人員的權限分配。
8.制作樣品記錄以及相關技術資料的建檔存檔工作。
1.Manage the product development process.
2.Manage the department including team of pattern makers, cutters, sample making and coordinators. (2 people)
3.Build the process, procedure and system to develop garments.
4.Coordinate and communicate with the designers.
5.Coordinate and communicate with the production.
6.Manage the sample making: get the requests, arrange the making and follow up until the delivery, ensure the delivery on time and the quality.
7.Give priorities to the development team.
8.Make the records and the documentation to build product files from the samples. Qualifications 資質： 1.三年管理經驗。0
2.大學學歷。
3.良好的英語溝通技巧。
4.熟練操作計算機。
5.有服裝工業尤其是裁剪和縫紉方面的相關經驗。
6.良好的團隊精神。
7.能在壓力下工作。
8.敢于做決定。
9.良好的組織能力。
1.Managerial experience of 3 years.
2.University graduate.
3.Good English communication skills.
4.Good computer skills.
5.Experience in garments industry and in tailoring.
