Work closely with HR manager and line manager to ensure all HR practice in plant is in compliance with local laws and SOE requirement. Understand the business needs and coordinate internally with departments and externally with job fairs/agents and candidates to be in charge of staffing activities. Provide professional consultant to employee on HR relevant areas and effectively deal with ER issues. Responsible for attendance and payroll checking. Maintain good relation with relevant government authorities. Bachelor's degree in business or human resources with +4 years professional HR experience Has general knowledge and good sense of HR and ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Has excellent interpersonal, communication and English skills(Written and Oral). And solve problems independently, be patient and careful.
